Dozii currently ships to Serbia and European Union countries only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and tracking details when the order ships.

Estimated delivery times

• European Union: 5–15 business days
• Serbia: 7–20 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Customs, weather, carrier delays and peak periods may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the address.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us by email with your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos. After review, Dozii will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
