These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dozii online store and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Store information and eligibility

Dozii operates this online store from Serbia. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete order and account information.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen. Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or affected by suspected fraud; in that case, any amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

3. Orders and prices

An order is an offer to purchase. The order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed or shipped. Please review your details carefully before submitting. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or import charges are shown or determined as required during checkout and delivery.

4. Payment

You agree to use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use. Payments are processed by the payment providers presented at checkout and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not store complete payment credentials.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to Serbia and European Union countries. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds and order problems

Returns must be requested before any item is sent back. Eligibility, deadlines and refund processing are described in our Return and Refund Policy. If a product arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number so we can review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their independent content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dozii is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
